holywtfRANDOMIZED asked:

i’m a 26 year old male who suffered a head injury in 1999. i’ve had very low/low normal testosterone levels ever since. i’ve had many of the symptoms of this - erectile dysfunction, fatigue, limited facial hair, etc. what i want to know is this : i was 18 when i suffered the head injury and had not finished through puberty from what i could tell (could only grow a patchy beard. no one in my family can’t grow one - father, both grandfathers, etc)… this is a bit different from my other concerns, but i’m wondering - will my penis get any larger with treatment? it is around 6 inches now, but i’m wondering - if my testosterone deficiency started before i finished through puberty, that means my penis probably didn’t get to “full size” right? i have had some ED problems since my head injury, probably related to the lowered testosterone.
strange question, i know. and it’s not nearly as important as the other problems of hypogonadism. i’m at 6″ now which is respectable, but more is better.=)
oh, btw… the “treatment” i’m referring to is androgel, which i am starting this week.
oh, btw… the “treatment” i’m referring to is androgel, which i am starting this week…

starting at 2.5mg androgel applied daily and seeing how effective that is…
thanks gyoza… anybody else have additional details/insight?

Harry Brown asked:

About Erectile dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is the most common and the most embarrassing condition for men. As a result, men don’t seek treatment and they feel ashamed to come out with their condition in open. Face to face consultation process for erectile dysfunction can prove to be awkward and it can put most men at ill ease. A doctor can ask for past and current medical details and all the medications taken.

All these leave a man to suffer from erectile dysfunction. However, the scenario has completely changed and now one can solve erectile dysfunction problems easily by taking Viagra, Levitra, or Cialis.

What are causes of erectile dysfunction?

There are lots of causes for erectile dysfunction or impotence. One of the most common and leading causes of impotence is age. Men diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure are seen to have impotence too. Apart from these, other causes are hardening of the arteries, extreme use of alcohol and tobacco, radiation therapy on testicles, fatigue, liver failure, hypogonadism, prostate problem or any bladder surgeries and brain cord injuries.

Prescription treatment for erectile dysfunction

There are three popular medicines for erectile dysfunction which are Viagra, Levitra and Cialis. These drugs increase the effects of nitric oxide, a chemical messenger that relaxes smooth muscles in the penis. This increases blood flow and allows an erection to occur in response to sexual stimulation.

Men who suffer from erectile dysfunction can buy any of the following medicines:

Viagra

Viagra is manufactured by Pfizer. It includes sildenafil as active ingredient. Viagra is the first drug designed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and it is very popular today across the world. Millions of men buy Viagra which raises its popularity further more.

Viagra may cause some side effects such as, sneezing, headache, flushing, dyspepsia, prolonged erections, photophobia, severe hypotension, myocardial infarction, ventricular arrhythmias, sudden death, stroke and increased intraocular pressure. It should be taken only after consultation with a doctor.

Levitra

Bayer Pharmaceuticals manufacture Levitra, which has vardenafil as the active ingredient. It works in a manner similar to Viagra, but is considered to be better on account of lower side effects. The probability of side effects of Levitra is also quite low.

You might experience any of these side effects: abdominal pain, back pain, abnormal vision, eye pain, facial oedema, hypertension, palpitation, itch, priapism and heart attack in very rare cases.

Cialis

Cialis is manufactured by Lilly ICOS LLC. Cialis has active ingredient called tadalafil. Many men prefer Cialis because it shows its effect within 30 minutes and stays in the body for 36 hours. This has made Cialis very popular today.

Cialis causes very less side effects which include muscle pain, dizziness, headache and runny nose.

Online availability of erectile dysfunction medicines

All these medicines are available through the internet. This is a convenient method to get erectile dysfunction medicines. Moreover, it is completely private and secure.

Romance is Female Blue Pills

John Scott asked:

Being old in the tooth, I rarely pay any attention to the musings of the latest young pop stars. Although their music is no doubt enjoyable to young consumers, what they have to say is usually brainless. After all, they have only been around for twenty years or so and, in that time, they have seen little but piles of money rolling in through the door. What can these upstarts tell an old guy like me? Well, it seems there’s this publishing industry which exists to tell the stories of these latest celebrities. Their every move is photographed. Their every word is recorded. They are the style leaders and gurus for their generation. And, every now and again, the words from one of these role models leaks through into the conventional media. Taken by surprise, I find myself agreeing with Natasha Bedingfield. To be honest, I had to google her. Yes, I am that disconnected from the real world. It seems she has produced two albums, the last one featuring the encouraging, “I Wanna Have Your Babies”. Anyway, this young lady of 26 summers has just found Mr. Right and demonstrates she has a wry sense of humor. It seems her fianc? is hotter than David Beckham! I’m sure Victoria is relieved to hear that although quite how she knows how hot the older David can be is anyone’s guess. But it was the headline that caught my eye. “Romance is female viagra.” So there you have it. Whereas we poor men have to keep popping the little blue pills, all women need to get in the mood is a bunch of flowers and a box of chocolates. Well, that’s young love for you. In the interview, she’s proud of the fact that they write each other little love letters. It seems they still talk to each other. He’s charming and funny. I think I did that once. Well, I can do charming and, if in the mood, funny. But both at the same time is a real challenge. But her intended seems able to sweet talk entertainingly. Ah, the things you can do when you’re young and in love. Except there’s a lesson there for us older men as well. It’s too easy to get wrapped up in the selfish point of view. I’m having troubles so all I need to do is order some viagra online and then I’ll be alright. Where’s the mention of my partner in all this. Relationships have two partners. It’s no good one getting in the mood with artificial aids if the other is experiencing one of her headaches. Natasha is right that both should be working towards the same end. We men should therefore take the time to remember the days of romance. It starts with talking to your partner, sharing the problems and asking for help. When she turns out to be on your side, you need to say thank you with a present. Yes, it’s only a token and she should know you still love her, but it never hurts to produce evidence every now and again. Then when the romance is doing its viagra act for her, you can take one of the little blue pills and enjoy the results.
