Dating and Depression?

Only those who know and understand Depression please answer. i.e. You would understand things like, I stare at a bill and just CAN’Tbring myself to write a check for days….I isolate myself because it just seems right. etc. etc. I have no confidence in even something simple, like laundry!! help
