Something is wrong with my testicles! HELP?

Both of my testes are soft and swollen at the bottom and feel like tubes.
I read that this is called varicose and can cause infertility yet I have a decent amout of sperm. I also have Erectile dysfunction. Has anyone had this? Oh yea I was kicked in the nuts by my little cousin lol.
