Low sex drive at 23, is he normal?

My fiance has a low sex drive.. He can only do it once in a night, and don’t want it as much as I do.. He would be happy with every other day,or every two days.. He is only 23.. I think it could be erectile dysfunction….Or just a low sex drive help!
